Job Description


Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate academic and registration activities  of academic records system of a private college or academic institute,

Manage the activities engaged in Compilation of course details and information,  schedules and requirements for admission and graduation,

Prepare in-class and online teaching materials based on learning objectives,

Deliver teaching materials to students both in-class and online,

Make assignments and tests, review results and provide feedbacks,

Make appropriate change to curriculums,

Ensure learning objectives are delivered effectively to students,

Work with students who are studying for a degree or a certificate or certification or are taking classes to improve their knowledge or career skills,

Develop an instructional plan (known as a course outline or syllabus) for the course(s) they teach and ensure that it meets college and department standards,

Work with colleagues to develop or modify the curriculum for a degree or certificate program involving a series of courses,

Advise students about which classes to take and how to achieve their goals,

Stay informed about changes and innovations in their field,

Serve on academic and administrative committees that review and recommend policies, make budget decisions, or advise on hiring and promotions within their department


Qualifications & skills:

Secondary school graduation certificate  is required,

3-5 years of related work experience,
