Bajrangi Inc. O/A Kanda optical has an immediate opening for Retail Store Supervisor (NOC: 6211) at our location in Milton, Ontario.

As a Retail Store Supervisor (NOC: 6211), you will perform some or all of the following duties:

· Supervise and co-ordinate activities sales staff and cashiers.

· Provide outstanding services and ensure customer satisfaction.

· Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise.

· Sell merchandise to customers.

· Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages.

· Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise.

· Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules.

· Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters.

· Ensure the visual standards and image of the store are maintained, such as store displays, signage and cleanliness.

Qualifications:

· Completion of secondary school is required.

· Previous experience of minimum 1 year in a related field is required.

Terms of employment: Permanent, Full time (40 hours/week)

Compensation: $20.00/hour
