Canadian-owned and operated Auto Spot Parts Depot is looking to hire a full-time Sales Supervisor to join our fast-growing and dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a driven, independent, and knowledgeable individual who is ready to grow and thrive in their career.

Tasks
Supervise staff (apprentices, stages hands, design team, etc.)
Assign sales workers to duties
Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
Authorize payments by cheque
Order merchandise
Authorize return of merchandise
Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
Organize and maintain inventory
Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
Conduct performance reviews
Develop and implement marketing strategies
