Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Identifies and pursues potential customers by researching and recommending new opportunities.
• Maintains relationships with existing customers by providing support, information, and guidance.
• Sets and meets sales targets and objectives.
• Prepares and provides quotes and negotiates terms of sales, contracts and agreements.
• Keeps records of sales activities, prepares sales reports, and analyzes sales data to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities.
• Provides after-sales support and ensures customer satisfaction to maintain long-term relationships.
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
• Maintains professional knowledge of the company’s products and services.
• Adaptable to changing market conditions, customer demands, and sales strategies.

Qualifications:
• College or university degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably with progressive responsibilities and leadership experience
• Demonstrated success in driving sales, achieving targets, and executing effective marketing campaigns
• Ability to negotiate terms, close deals, and resolve conflicts while maintaining good relationships
• A customer-centric approach, understanding client needs
• Excellent understanding of sales process and marketing analysis
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication kills
• Strong problem-solving, organizational and time-management skills
