Duties:

Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the operations of a restaurant.

Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operating processes accordingly.

Address customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner.

Establish work schedules for employees and monitor their performance.

Recruit, train, and supervise staff.

Control inventory, monitor revenues, and modify procedures and prices as needed.

Provide excellent customer service representative of the restaurant brand.

Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.

Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
