Job Duties:
• Prepare and cook individual sweet dishes like Gulab Jamun, Jalebi, Besan Laddoo, Rassgulla etc.
• Plan menus, ensure the quality of sweet dishes, and determine the size of dish proportions
• Estimates sweets requirements and costs.
• Designing and improving recipes.
• Measuring and combining ingredients and using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make baked goods, such as cookies, sweets,, cakes, etc.
• Decorating and displaying finished products
• Train staff in the preparation, cooking, and handling of sweets
• Order supplies and equipment.
• Work with minimal supervision
