Dailo Restaurant is a high-end Asian fusion restaurant located on college street, Toronto. The restaurant has reached its 10-year mark since opening. It was conceptualized by Nick Liu, who wanted to combine his heritage of Asian flavors with his classical French cooking.
To this day the restaurant is one of the best and most popular restaurants in the city. With Dailo being featured in multiple publications such as Canada’s 100 best restaurants list, The Globe and mail, Toronto Life, Food network and Vice. We have around 40 employees in this location.

Job Duties
• Creating menu selections in response to seasonal changes and customer demands
• Ensuring smooth and on-time execution of a kitchens operations
• Maintaining inventory records, tracking sales, and making supply orders
• Provide regular training to new staff, including operation procedures, food safety, customer service, etc.
• Delegating duties to junior employees to ensure kitchen maintenance as well as customer satisfaction
• Observing and enforcing safety and hygiene standards.
• Assist Restaurant Manager on improving revenues and keep regular customers
• Monitor, coordinate the operation of the restaurant, making sure every procedure following Dailo’s standards

Job Requirements:
- College Diploma is required;
- Previous experience in a similar role within the food service industry, 2 year working experience is mandatory, 3 years + is preferable;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail;
- Cuisine specialties: Cantonese cuisine; French cuisine;
