Duties include.

- Supervise restaurant staff and prepare schedule and assign restaurant duties
- Ensure inventory level are checked and order supplies which are required for daily operations
- Engage in assigning restaurant shifts and motivating staff
- Ensure equipment at restaurant is in working order and issue maintenance orders if required.
