Suntoy Enterprises Inc. is looking for full time Executive Assistant for West Vancouver, British Columbia, V7V 1H7. There is 1 position available.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 30-35 hours per week with occasional flexibility on the weekend required (overtime paid after 40 hours/week). Pay is $38/hour. Successful candidate must speak English. Completed post-secondary education at a college or bachelor level in a related field is required. Minimum work experience of 2 years in a related field is required.

Job Description
The successful candidate will work closely with the President and will support day-to-day operations, documentation, and coordination. Main duties and responsibilities are as follows but not limited to:
• Establish, coordinate, and maintain administrative policies, procedures, and records
• Analyze incoming and outgoing correspondence, memoranda, and reports; prepare summaries, briefs and reports for review by the President
• Prepare agendas and make arrangements for meetings including travel and related expenses
• Conduct research, compile data, and prepare materials for consideration and presentation by the President
• Perform basic bookkeeping activities and consult with tax lawyers and accountants
• Conduct research, compile data, and draft legal and business documents under the direction of the President and external professionals
• Meet with individuals, special interest groups and others on behalf of the company to discuss issues and assess and recommend various courses of action
• Liaise with all responsible parties regarding registration and compliance matters for Canadian and U.S. companies
• Be highly organized, detail oriented, resourceful and have excellent written and oral communication skills
