Position: Construction Helper (NOC 75110)
Vacancies: 2
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time (30 to 40 hours per week), Early Morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Shift, To be determined
Hourly Wage: $26.00-30.00
Expected Start Date: As soon as possible
Work Location: 7030 Temple Dr NE, Calgary, Alberta, T1Y 4E5
Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
-Transport equipment, tools, and materials to the work site
-Follow the project managers and site supervisors’ instructions to understand daily responsibilities
-Clear out and prepare work site for construction
-Demolish existing structures
-Assemble and install products and components
-Clean and maintain equipment and tools
-Prepare and apply concrete
-Assist other technicians/operators as required
-Watch for any hazards and report concerns/issues
-May direct traffic at or near construction sites if needed
-Other duties as directed

Position Requirements and Qualifications:
-1-2 years of experience in related field
-Physical capability of performing duties
-Team player, Reliability, Flexibility, Effective interpersonal skills
-Valid driver license and Own vehicle

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
-Fast-paced environment, Tight deadlines, Repetitive tasks, Handling heavy loads, Physically demanding
-Weigh handling up to 23kg (50 lbs)
