Job Details Broadleaf Ranch is looking for full-time Head Chef at 5526 Rte. 114, Hopewell Hill Albert County, New Brunswick Canada 34H 3N5. There is 1 position available.

Hours of work are 40hours/week. Pay is $30/hour. Successful candidates must speak English and have completed high school. Minimum work experience is 3 years hands on experience.

Job Description Main duties are as follows but not limited to:

- Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities
- Consult clients regarding weddings, banquets and specialty functions
- Estimate food requirements and may estimate food and labour costs
- Supervise activities of sous-chefs, specialist chefs, chefs and cooks
- Arrange equipment purchase and repairs
- Recruit and hire staff
- May prepare and cook food on a regular basis, or for special guests or functions
