Job Details We, Alberta Partition Construction Ltd., are looking for a passionate candidate for the position of full-time Carpenter.

Position: Carpenter, framing (NOC 72310)
Vacancies: 1
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time (30 to 40 hours per week), Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, Overtime available, To be determined.
Hourly Wage: $36.00 – 38.00
Expected Start Date: As soon as possible
Work Location: 23 Marquis Meadows PL SE Calgary , Alberta T3S 0A6
Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to determine layout and installation procedures.
• Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join wood and other materials according to specifications.
• Construct and install partitions, framing, cabinetry, millwork, and other structural components for residential and commercial projects.
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Ensure components are properly aligned and securely fastened using appropriate tools and materials.
• Perform detailed finishing work, including sanding, trimming, fitting, and sealing.
• Repair or replace damaged cabinetry, fixtures, or structures as necessary.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure installation meets design specifications and client expectations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with workplace safety regulations.
• Adhere to company quality standards and timelines


Position Requirements and Qualifications:
• Completion of secondary school
• 3-5 years of experience in carpentry or cabinet making
• Supervisor experience is an asset.
• Certificate of apprenticeship program or college diploma in the related field as an asset
• Physical capability of performing duties
• Ability to handle up to 50lbs (23kg)
• Client focus, Accurate, Team player, Reliability, Judgement
• A valid driver’s license is required, own vehicle is an asset
