Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
?Deep Cleaning and Sanitization of refrigerated freight containers, including floors, walls, ceilings, and interior surfaces using pressure washers, steam cleaners, brushes, and approved chemical agents.
Removal of Frost and Contaminants from both the interior and exterior of container units to maintain hygiene and prevent product spoilage.
Inspection and Minor Repairs of containers such as scraping, sealing, or repainting when required.
Protective Treatment Application to containers to prolong their lifespan and minimize maintenance costs.
Dismantle, clean, and reinstall refrigeration system components and generator parts (such as condensers, evaporators, vents, and filters) as part of routine maintenance.
Pre-Shipment Inspections before shipment to ensure units meet client requirements and comply with food safety standards.
Operation of Specialized Equipment including steam jets, high-pressure nozzles, and industrial vacuum systems, and perform basic maintenance and calibration.
Health and Safety Compliance by using protective equipment, handling chemicals according to guidelines, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Team Coordination to schedule cleaning activities efficiently and minimize operational downtime.
Documentation and Reporting of cleaning activities, including dates, unit IDs, actions performed, and materials used, to support quality control and operational tracking.
