Responsibilities/Tasks
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of landscaping crews.
• Plan and implement landscaping projects from conception to completion.
• Conduct regular inspections of landscapes to ensure quality standards are met.
• Manage budgets and resources for landscaping operations.
• Train and mentor staff on best practices in landscaping.
• Maintain inventory of landscaping materials and equipment.
• Supervise lawn mowing, trimming, pruning, fertilizing, watering, and weed control.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards.
• Prepare reports on landscaping project progress and outcomes.
• Using landscaping tools and operating heavy equipment as needed.
• Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety requirements.
• Managing any issues or complications that arise, including weather delays, budget overruns, or disputes among staff
• Perform other duties reasonably related to the position of Landscape Supervisor.
