Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Work Location: #59-5755 Cowrie Street, Sechelt, BC, V0N 3A0

Wage: $20.45 per hour; 35 hours per week

Number of positions: 2

Terms of Employment: Full-time and Permanent

Start Date: As soon as possible

Job Duties:
•Establish methods to meet work schedules
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
• Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Prepare food order summaries for chef
• Perform same duties as workers supervised

Job Description Job Requirements/Skills:
-Completion of high school is required
-Knowledge of English language is required
-Minimum of one year of work experience required in a similar field.
-Must be prepared to work under pressure
