About the Role
We are seeking a reliable, skilled, and safety focused Installer/Servicer to join our team. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of residential and commercial products, ensuring high quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
• Install, service, and repair products such as windows, doors, blinds, awnings, signs, flooring, cabinets, and related fixtures.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical specifications.
• Measure, cut, assemble, and secure materials using hand and power tools.
• Inspect completed installations to ensure proper function, alignment, and compliance with safety standards.
• Troubleshoot issues and perform adjustments or repairs as needed.
• Communicate professionally with clients, contractors, and team members.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean, safe conditions.
• Follow all company safety procedures and provincial regulations.
Qualifications
• Experience in installation and servicing (minimum 2 years preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency with hand/power tools.
• Develop architectural 3D models from concept designs, sketches, and 2D CAD documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and precision.
• Excellent time-management skills to meet daily project deadlines.
• Professional demeanor when entering clients' homes or businesses.
• Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
