Tasks/ Job duties: Administer bedside and personal care, Assist with medication as directed by health care professionals, Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene, Assist in regular exercise, e.g., walk, Launder clothing and household linens, Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, Plan, prepare and serve nutritious menus, Provide companionship, Provide personal care, Shop for food and household supplies, Prepare and serve nutritious meals, Cook
Cuisine specialties: Ability to cook Korean food is considered an asset

Securities and safety: Criminal record check, reference required
Certificates, licenses, memberships, and courses: CPR/First Aid Certificate, Personal Support Worker Certificate
Transportation/travel information: A valid driver’s license is considered an asset in order to assist the client with medical appointments and grocery shopping, particularly due to the limited public transportation available in the area.
Work conditions and physical capabilities: Bending, crouching, kneeling; Combination of sitting, standing, walking; Handling heavy loads; Physically demanding; Repetitive tasks
Weight handling: Between 61 and 80 kg
Personal suitability: Client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, judgement, organized, reliability, patience and honesty
