Overview
This an on-the-go job. The mechanic helper is required to work in and out of the company provided vehicle. All equipment will be on deck. If you’re someone who loves to be on the move and enjoys working in various locations, come join us!

Languages: English
Education: No degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Will train

Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Requirements:
•Must be lawfully authorized to work in Canada
- Canadian citizen
- Permanent resident of Canada
- Temporary resident of Canada with a valid work permit
• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and vehicles
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities
Tasks
• Move tools, equipment and other materials
• Hold stakes during surveying activities
• Help tradespersons, apprentices and other workers as directed
• Clean machines and immediate work areas
• Helping with regular maintenance such as oil changes, battery checks and tire rotation.
• Learning and applying new technical skills under the supervision of a mechanic
• Always adhering to the safety procedures.
