Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Requirements:
• Must be lawfully authorized to work in Canada
- Canadian citizen
- Permanent resident of Canada
- Temporary resident of Canada with a valid work permit
• Great knowledge of farming and operating techniques
• Organizational and scheduling skills
Responsibilities
Tasks
• Cut agricultural crops
• Supervise and direct farmworkers in daily agricultural activities

• Plan and coordinate planting and harvesting.
• Direct farm grooming activities
• Inspect crops to ensure health and quality standards.
• Provide agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying or harvesting
• Train workers on equipment operation and farming techniques
• Perform general farm duties
• Enforce safety protocols and chemical handling procedures.
