Job Details Authentic Mexican Cook

El Mariachi Authentic Mexican Food Corp has 1 available full time permanent positions available of "Authentic Mexican Restaurant Cook" in Edmonton, Alberta. Wage will begin at $37.60 per hour. Minimum of two years of Authentic Mexican Restaurant Cooking experience is required.

Employment consists of but are not limited to:

• Prepare and cook complete and authentic Mexican meals, individual dishes and foods
• Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers
• Oversee kitchen operations
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• Clean kitchen and work area
• Oversee menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies from various Mexican food suppliers
• Train additional kitchen staff
