Terms of employment: Permanent & Full time Position
Wage: $18 to $19 per hour for 30-40 hours a week
Location: 3420 69 St NW Calgary, AB T3B 2J8
Expected Start Date: ASAP
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of store staff
- Collect cash, credit/debit cards or other payment from customers, also, balance cash and record sales
- Provide outstanding food and customer service
- Place orders to vendors for required supplies, when needed
- Responsible for overseeing the overall operation of the food service establishment
- Assist in the process of hiring of new staff, when necessary
- Train new employees in workplace safety, sanitation and job duties
- Resolve customer complaints in a smooth and professional manner
- Perform daily inventory counts and keep records of both necessary and wasted supplies/stock
- Assist in the development process of company procedures and policies
- Other duties as assigned by the manager/owner

Position Requirements and Qualifications:
- Secondary (senior high) school Diploma
- 1-2 years of work experience in food service/handling industry
- Previous experience in a supervisory role
- Strong organization and effective interpersonal skills
- Client focus; Team player - positive, reliable, and motivated
