Terms of employment: Full time (30 to 40 hours per week)
Hourly wage: $17.00 to $19.00
Location: 2101 E Quance St, Regina SK S4V 3L9
Expected Start Date: ASAP

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of store staff
• Participate in all aspects of daily cafe operations, ensuring Baristas adhere to Second Cup standards for product preparation and consistently follow all Second Cup standard recipes.
• Contribute to the branding efforts for Second Cup Regina East by understanding the features and benefits of all products and assisting the manager in setting marketing promotions to attract new customers.
• Assist with hiring, coaching, training, and supporting Baristas on shift, including the preparation of beverages and proper use and cleaning of equipment
• Address customer complaints and generate customer satisfaction by responding appropriately to concerns, demonstrating strong customer service skills with a positive, caring attitude
• Oversee cleanliness and maintenance of the work area and equipment
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste.
• Coordinate with vendors and order supplies as needed, including takeaway cups, coffee, milk, and other ingredients
• Maintain a flexible schedule, with availability to work during peak hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays.


Position Requirements and Qualifications
• College/CEGEP or or equivalent experience
• 2-3 years of work experience in food service/handling industry
• Previous experience in a supervisory role is an asset
• Strong organization and effective interpersonal skills
• Client focus; Team player – positive, reliable, and motivated

• Fast-paced environment, Physically demanding, Tight deadlines, Standing for extended periods
