Job Details Shoppers Drug Mart in Chatham, ON is seeking to fill the full-time, permanent position of Store Supervisor at it’s location on 475 Grand Ave W. The Store Supervisor will oversee daily operations, ensure outstanding customer service, and support the management team in maintaining company standards for retail excellence.

Job Duties:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of retail sales associates and cashiers.
Assign duties, prepare work schedules, and ensure adequate staff coverage on all shifts.
Train new employees on customer service standards, company policies, and point-of-sale (POS) procedures.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints promptly.
Oversee cash handling, daily reconciliations, and preparation of deposit reports.
Monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering, receiving, and merchandising of products.
Ensure compliance with company health, safety, and loss-prevention policies.
Support management with performance reviews, reporting, and store operations.
Open and close store as required.

Education Requirements:
Highschool/secondary school diploma

Related Experience:
1-2 years

Hours:
35-40 per week

Wage:
$21-$25 per hour
