Job Details Elite Blue Gardens Inc. is seeking a motivated and reliable Landscaping Supervisor to join our team. We are looking for an individual who is organized, responsible, and committed to maintaining high standards of work quality and safety.

The successful candidate will work as part of our landscaping team and will contribute to the planning, coordination, and successful completion of landscaping projects. We offer a professional and supportive work environment with opportunities to work on a variety of landscaping projects.

The position offers $37.00 per hour for 40 hours per week.

Job Description Organize planting of trees, gardens and lawns
Plan and estimate labour and materials
Maintain work records and logs
Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improveproductivity and product quality
Requisition materials and supplies
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
Perform snow maintenance operations including handling snowmaking and snow removalequipment
Perform same duties as workers supervised
Establish work schedules and procedures
Manage landscaping projects
Establish work schedules
Monitor and inspect work
Train workers in duties and policies
