Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare surfaces by sanding, scraping, patching, filling, and priming.
* Apply paint, stain, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
* Paint walls, ceilings, doors, trim, cabinets, and other surfaces.
* Perform minor drywall repairs and caulking.
* Protect flooring, furniture, windows, and fixtures during work.
* Measure and mix paints and finishing materials.
* Inspect completed work and perform touch-ups when required.
* Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area.
* Follow workplace health and safety procedures.
* Work independently and with other construction team members.
