Job Responsibilities
• Supervise and provide attentive care for an 8-month-old child, ensuring the child's safety and well-being at all times.
• Bathe, dress, diaper, and feed the infant according to established daily routines.
• Prepare child formula and age-appropriate solid foods, sterilize bottles and feeding equipment, and maintain proper feeding schedules.
• Put the child down for naps, monitor sleep routines, and provide comfort and care as needed.
• Engage the child in age-appropriate activities such as reading, singing, tummy time, and play to support healthy growth and development.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment by sanitizing toys, organizing the nursery, and following safe infant care practices.
• Observe and respond to the child's physical and emotional needs, administer medications only as directed and report any changes in health or behavior.
• Keep daily records of feeding, sleeping, diaper changes, and activities, and perform light housekeeping duties related to the child's care, including washing bottles, cleaning feeding areas, and laundering the child's clothing and bedding.
