Job Details Shefa Meats is seeking an experienced individual for the Meat Cutter position. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Clean meats to prepare for processing or cutting
Cut carcasses, sides and quarters
Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat
Wrap and package prepared meats
Remove bones from meat
Weigh meats for sale
Price meat products
Grind meats
Maintain cleanliness, sanitation and other applicable food safety standards and regulations.

Job Description Qualification:
• Excellent Knives, Saw and other power cutting tools experience
• Able to work repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads
• Ability to work in a cold environment
• Ability to bend and stand for extended periods
• Experience with sausage machine operations
