Job Description:



Assume full responsibility for household in absence of parents

Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties

Wash, iron and press clothing and household linens

Bathe, dress and feed infants and children

Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents

Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development

Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home

Organize, activities such as games and outings for children

Prepare and serve nutritious meals

Prepare infants and children for rest periods

Supervise and care for children

Take children to and from school

Tend to emotional well-being of children

Help children with homework

Cook

Put away groceries

Job Description Requirements:



Education: Completion of secondary school is required.



Experience: At least 1 year of full-time experience as a caregiver is required. At least 1 year of experience working as a caregiver for children with social anxiety disorder is required, as care for a child with special needs is required for the position.

Work setting: Private home – Employer’s home.



Children ages: 4, 7, 13, 15.



Salary: $21.00 per hour, 44 hours a week.

Important Information: Flexibility on schedule is required. Work schedule will be from Monday to Friday from 06:15 AM to 8:15 PM, and from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday, divided into three 7-hour shifts, one 11-hour shift, and one 12-hour shift per week. The worker will rotate between 5 days on and 2 days off work. Work during weekends and holidays is required. The child care provider will be responsible for the care of four children (Ages: 4, 7, 13, and 15 years old).
