Food Service Supervisor -3 positions

Salary $20.50 per hour , 6 to 8 hours per day , 5 days a week , flexible shift schedule , 2 days flexible days off .
Work schedules are expected to be shift 6 up to 8 hours , depending on the business operation, these shifts will continuously vary from early morning, afternoon, evening, night and or overnight, weekend with flexible hours.
Job Description
Duties includes:
Supervise coordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparations.
Establish methods to meet work schedules .
Helps maintain standard for raw and finished product quality service and speed , quality and cleanliness.
Maintained records of stock , sales and wastage
Train staff in job duties and sanitation and safety procedures
Ensures that food and service meet quality control standards
May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies , procedures and budget
Employment requirements
Completion of secondary school is usually required.
1 year to less than 2 years full time experience in food preparation or service are required.
Languages
Speak English, Read English, Write English
