Salary: $36.92 per hour for 30-37.5 hours/week

Language: English required
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate (or equivalent experience)
Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
Working Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Repetitive tasks, Hand eye coordination, Standing for extended periods, Attention to detail
Personal Suitability: Accurate, Reliability, Team player

Job Description Tasks:
• Clean meats to prepare for processing or cutting
• Cut carcasses, sides and quarters
• Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat
• Remove bones from meat
• Cut poultry into parts
• Grind meats
• Train meat cutters
• Slice cooked meats
• Prepare special cuts of meat ordered by customers
• Prepare special displays of meats, poultry and fish products
• Shape, lace and tie roasts, other meats, poultry and seafood.
