Job Details Edo Japan is hiring a Cook for a permanent, full-time position in Calgary, Alberta.

Key duties: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes including sauces, soups, salads, vegetables and meats; prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances; maintain clean food handling areas; weigh, measure and mix ingredients; maintain inventory and records; check product quality; place purchase orders; estimate food consumption; maintain sanitation, health and safety standards; train kitchen staff.
