Job Details Tansen Izakaya is hiring two Cooks for permanent, full-time positions in Edmonton, Alberta.

Key duties: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes including sauces, soups, salads, vegetables and meats; prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances; keep food-handling areas clean; weigh, measure and mix ingredients; maintain inventory and records; check product quantity and quality; order supplies; estimate food consumption; maintain sanitation, health and safety standards; train kitchen staff.
