Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry and construction, with the ability to assemble, fabricate, and restore various structures and fixtures. This role requires proficiency in using hand tools and performing heavy lifting as needed. The Carpenter will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed to high standards of quality and safety. Carpenters With Bretoba Construction will have good judgement, accuracy, be dependable, hardworking, flexible and reliable. Carpenters will be team players, have efficient interpersonal skills, and excellent oral communication.

Job Description
Key Qualifications:
High school diploma; 3–4-year apprenticeship, or 4+ years’ directly related experience in the trade, or a combination of college or industry courses and 3 or more years of work experience in the trade.
Language: English (minimum CLB 4)
Experience with residential and light commercial projects
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to supervise and mentor junior team members
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Experience with hand tools, sledge hammers, concrete vibrators, circular saws, concrete saws, reciprocating saws, chain saws, power-driven floats, mortar and concrete mixers, torches, small front end loaders, nail guns, air guns, drills, air compressors, screeds, chippers, trampers (jumping jack), grinding machine, forklift
