Job Details Prepare food ingredients as requested. Ensure vegetables and meats are fresh. Wash, peel and chop fruits and vegetables. Help unload and check food deliveries. Load and unload the dishwasher. Wash dishes and utensils. Clean kitchen stations, sweep and mop kitchen floors, and ensure kitchen equipment is well cleaned after use. Perform other duties as assigned.
